You must first request your high school transcripts.
You can do so by submitting a written
request to: Indiana State Archives

The request must contain student's name used at the time
they attended Morton (for the ladies maiden name),
date of birth, current address, city, state, zip, contact
phone number (if needed), along with your
signature (this is important!) and current date.
Please note you are requesting your transcripts.
